The Dress that Brought Body Positivity to Fashion Week

IMG_20150916_023121Clad in classic 1950’s style pinup dresses, complete with coiled hair and bright lipstick, a bevy of women gathered on the steps of the historic James A. Farley Post Office on West 33rd Street in Manhattan. Passersby gathered as more than 30 women perched upon the high steps of the post office and modeled the “Monica” dress from the Pinup Girl Clothing line.
