Conversation fills the room on an October afternoon, with the large windows letting the peaking sun caress the buzzing café.  Energetic French accordion music adds vibrancy to this neighborhood café.

Above his gray and black beard is a large smile as he greets customers entering, some by first name. This is owner Haitem Weslati, the mastermind behind the concept of Taszo and self-proclaimed coffee lover.
